Participation in workshop - part 1 Polish cuisine in Western Pomerania - healthy diet; teamwork of Polish and German students,

preparing Polish dishes (result put as lunch)

 

Prepared dishes: apple pie, pierogi (dumplings) with spinach and feta cheese, stuffed pockets, Frikadellen, pierogi with buckwheat and cottage cheese, carrot cake, croissants, pancakes, salad

 

28.09 Wednesday

Getting to know the world cuisine - by the example of "Viva Italia"; brewing and decorating coffee, preparing drinks

Sighseeing in the town, getting to know the town's history, visiting museum in Koszalin,

Getting to know local culture and gastronomy - be the example of "Gospoda Jarmenska"

 

29.09 Thursday

Participation in workshop - part 2 culinary trip - healthy diet habbits with picked recipes from the traditional cuisine;

teamwork of Polish and German students, preparing traditional dishes (result put as lunch)

 

Prepared dishes: Maltese rabbit stew, dumplings, meatballs, cutlets, tomato cream, stuffed peppers, dumplings, Hungarian stew, croutons, salad, onion soup, cream cake, pasta tagliatelle with bolognese sauce
